The property is located at Fort Mill Parkway and Spratt Street, in Fort Mill, SC. Fort Mill Parkway is heavily travelled with planned widening to 4 lines in 2024. South Mill will be the first commercial component in the 1,300 home Elizabeth development under construction by Lennar. Construction for this site has commenced with the first buildings delivering in Q1 of 2024.
The new tenants include: Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry and Town Square, an adult daycare, or the future of caring for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
There is ±19,868 SF of space available to lease, with spaces ranging from 1,500-9,000 SF.
