Charlotte, NC (November 2023) – MPV Properties (MPV), a leading commercial real estate developer in the Carolinas, is pleased to announce that Morgan Lucas has joined the team as a Development Associate. Morgan comes to MPV from Virginia Beach, VA. After obtaining her B.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, Morgan worked as a Development Manager at Divaris Real Estate managing retail, office, and multifamily projects from inception to close-out across the Tidewater area. She will apply her knowledge as she works alongside George Macon, Brad Murr and Austin Easter on the development team.
Morgan holds real estate licenses in Virginia and North Carolina, as well as a LEED Green Associate designation.
