Charlotte, NC (December 2023) – MPV Properties (MPV) has been appointed manager of Morrison Master Condominium Owners Association at the Morrison development in South Park. The 389,000 SF mixed-use building, constructed in 2006, includes 40,958 SF of Class A retail space below condominiums and apartments. Located along Sharon Road and Colony Road, the development is close to SouthPark mall.

MPV is one of the region’s largest and most experienced managers of commercial associations with a portfolio of over 4,000 acres of property owner associations, and more than one million square feet of condominiums.
