MPV Properties (MPV) is happy to welcome two new employees to the team. Tré Hinton joins us as an Association Property Assistant. Prior to his role at MPV, he served as a residential property manager for Community Association Management. He is a licensed broker in North Carolina and is currently in his pursuit of the CMCP certification through BOMA International.
Davis Kirby joins us as a broker, focusing on retail leasing with the retail team. Previous to MPV, he was a broker with Atlantic Retail, working with national retailers. He’s a graduate of University of South Carolina, so he’s stirring the pot in MPV’s UNC Chapel Hill leaning office 😉
We’re glad to have both on board as we grow our Commercial Association Management portfolio and continue to lease up our new retail developments such as Christenbury Village, Farmington, and RedStone Phase II, as well as our third party leasing assignments.
