Fort Mill, NC (September 2025) – Vulcan Property Group and MPV Properties (“MPV”) are pleased to announce that Beignets & Brew will be coming to South Mill at Elizabeth, a new mixed-use retail destination located along Fort Mill Parkway at 360 Fort Mill Pkwy, next to the new 1,300+ home community by Lennar: Elizabeth.
Beignets & Brew will occupy ±2,058 square feet at the front of the development, offering a place for guests to enjoy fresh, made-to-order beignets paired with locally roasted coffee and espresso drinks. With its New Orleans-inspired concept and a focus on community and craft, Beignets & Brew brings something truly unique to Elizabeth’s thriving food and beverage scene.

Beignets & Brew joins Riccobene Family Dentistry, Caresway Pharmacy, Town Square Adult Day Center and Reynold’s Orthodontics at the center. Whether for a quick morning stop or a leisurely weekend treat, the café aims to become a go-to gathering spot for residents, office workers, and visitors alike. They expect to open for business early next year.
