Time Warner wanted to consolidate their Charlotte operations in a location that would be easily accessible to customers, employees and service crews while providing for future growth and expansion. Developed by MPV Properties predecessor Merrifield Partners as a build-to-suit in 2001 and expanded in 2004, the Time Warner building is in Charlotte’s premier, 700-acre Whitehall Business Park at the center of the I-77 Corridor submarket. The following was accomplished:
- Provided a 13.55-acre site with 650 parking spaces
- Designed and constructed a highly economical 113,600 square foot building encompassing a call center and operations facility
- Developed 93,600 square feet of office and technology space on two floors plus 20,000 square feet. of warehouse space
- Adapted the plan to accommodate our client’s revised needs
- Completed on time and within budget
The building continues as an ongoing operational facility for Time Warner.
