  • Kenneth E. and Mary Ellen Conley have purchased a 4.98 acre parcel for $299,280 in Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland development. The site will be the location for a new Micro Lens Technology facility.
  • Brauer, Howell & Hayslett, LLC have purchased a 1.28 acre parcel and industrial building in Old Hickory Business Park (sales price $530,000). The location will be the site of a warehouse and distribution facility for BC&H Company, Inc.

The 225-acre business park developed by Crosland is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented Crosland in both of the above transactions.
