Charlotte, NC (November 2006) – The following sales have taken place at Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC.

  • Larry and Patricia Helms have purchased a 2.79 acre site. The location will serve as the new offices of Larry Helms Floor Sanding and Refinishing, Incorporated.
  • Camps Construction Company has purchased a 2.339 acre site. This location will be the site of Camps Construction’s new corporate offices.
  • Bonar Properties, LLC has purchased a 1.5 acre site. The location will be the site of Viking Hardwood Floors.
  • Howard and Violet Monteith have purchased a 3.3 acre site. Monteith Enterprises plans to build a series of small speculative office/warehouse condominium buildings.
