Charlotte, NC (April 2007) – Ballantyne Storage, LLC has purchased a 2.365-acre site (sales price $785,000) at Hunters Crossing, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of Ballantyne Climate Controlled Self Storage.

Hunters Crossing is a 7-acre mixed-use development located at Highway 521 at Lancaster Highway, Charlotte, NC.
