Providence Park is a 28-acre Class-A Office Park developed and managed by Bissell Companies. The park features eight multi-tenant office buildings located at Providence Road and I-485 in southeast Charlotte.

  • Aceyus, Inc., based in Charlotte, recently leased 1,746 square feet. Aceyus provides customized software solutions for companies operating telecommunications contact centers. John Stipp of Office Properties represented the Tenant.
  • EastPay, Inc. recently moved their Charlotte office and leased 1,066 square feet. EastPay provides over 800 financial institutions and businesses with payments education; ACH compliance audits and risk assessments; RDC risk reviews; payments strategy services; and numerous other risk management services. Carol King of KW Realty represented the Tenant.
  • MSIGHTS, Inc. headquartered in Charlotte, recently moved their office and leased 871 square feet. MSIGHTS provides marketing results reporting, analysis, and technology consulting services to corporate marketers and advertising / digital agencies. Vince Sumer of NAI Southern Real Estate represented the Tenant.
  • Checkpoint Systems, Inc. is expanding in Providence Park and has leased a total of 15,681 square feet. Checkpoint Systems is a global leader in shrink management, merchandise visibility and apparel labeling solutions. Bryan White of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the Tenant.
