Six Mile Commons is now 100% leased and tenants include: GameStop, GNC, Krispy Kreme, Verizon, Shane’s Rib Shack, Supercuts, Marcos Pizza, NV Nail Salon, and Friendly Neighborhood Dental Center.
Steve Vermillion and Mike Bilodeau of Merrifield Patrick Vermilion developed Six Mile Commons with Keely Simerville responsible for the projects leasing efforts. Financing was provided by Bank of North Carolina and Robert Johnson Architects served as the design team.
