Brad Murr of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion (MPV Properties) assisted AAA Carolinas with the acquisition of 6635 Executive Park Circle located at EastPark Executive Center.
AAA adds the 23,402 square foot office building to its nearby 6600 AAA Drive headquarters location as well as to its prior purchase of the adjacent 20,404 square foot office building located at 6623 Executive Park Circle. All three buildings will be used to house the headquarter operations for AAA Carolinas.
