Pineville, NC (March 2024) MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce that Parkway Crossing is now fully leased with three new Tenants: Playland Indoor Playground, Fight Sports Charlotte, and Desi District. These tenants will be joining ReStore and Nadeau Furniture, which recently expanded from 5,000 to 8,000 SF at Parkway Crossing.

Fight Sports Charlotte, a jiu-jitsu academy, plans to open this month in Suite C, taking approximately 5,010 SF. Playland Indoor Playground will open soon after in May, taking 8,750 SF in Suite C-1.

Chandu Reddy is excited to be able to announce the Texas franchise making its way to Charlotte. “The Desi District is an urban Indian street food eatery, your neighborhood market, halal and bakery combined under one roof. The vibrant flavors of India come to life in a modern and inviting setting.” The Asian market will be approximately 15,540 SF, located in Suite A within the center. Reddy expects his franchise to open in August of this year.

The property is located at 11812 Carolina Parkway Place, in Pineville, NC, which in close proximity to Carolina Place Mall and Atrium Pineville.
