The Fresh Market has announced that its newest Charlotte location will be in Dilworth. The grocer will take over the old Blacklion space in Dilworth Gardens shopping center, a total of 14,220 SF. This will be their fifth location in the Charlotte market. Brad Murr with MPV Properties represented the landlord in the deal.
