Progress is being made at the site of the new Kendrick Crossing shopping center, going in at the southeast corner of Robinwood Road and Kendrick Road in Gastonia, NC. The shopping center will be anchored by a 53,000 SF Harris Teeter. Other tenants include Great Clips and Lee Nails. Currently there is 1,200 – 4,800 SF retail space options available.
