Sunbelt Rentals has partnered with MPV Properties for two build to suit facilities in Raleigh and Kannapolis. Both projects are relocations for Sunbelt Rentals and expected delivery of these facilities is 1st Quarter 2016. The Raleigh project consists of a new 15,300 SF building on 6 acres located at the Jones Sausage and I-40 interchange. A new 9,300 SF building in Kannapolis will be located on 4 acres near the Hwy 73 and I-85 interchange.
Sunbelt Rentals is the 2nd largest equipment rental company in the United States with over 400 existing locations. Brad Murr of MPV Properties leads both of these development projects.
