Kendrick Crossing shopping center construction is well underway. The new Gastonia shopping center is going in at the southeast corner of Robinwood Road and Kendrick Road. Pictured above is construction of the 53,000 SF Harris Teeter anchor tenant. Other tenants include Hungry Howie’s Pizza, UPS Store, Great Clips and Lee Nails. Currently there are 1,200 – 4,800 SF retail space options available.
