Charlotte, NC (October, 2016) — MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce broker Rebecca Herron as the newest addition to MPV’s office and industrial leasing team.

Prior to joining MPV, Rebecca led business development at a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm, where she gained experience in the processes of due diligence, rezoning, property surveys, feasibility studies, property condition assessments, and environmental Phase 1 ESA assessments. This is in addition to the in-depth knowledge she acquired within general construction, including permitting, tenant improvements, economic development, and build-to-suit projects. Outside of real estate, Rebecca also has five years of experience as an advertising consultant for print and digital projects, with expertise in both account management and sales training.

Rebecca is an alumna of the University of Texas at Austin. There, she graduated with a B.S. in Corporate Communications and a minor in Business Foundations, and was a member of Delta Gamma. Away from work, Rebecca is an active leader at her church, Myers Park United Methodist, and has served on many committees with the Harris YMCA, NAIOP Charlotte, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Charlotte City Club.

At MPV, Rebecca’s responsibilities include business development, real estate planning, market research, financial analysis and lease/sale negotiation.

“Rebecca’s diverse skill set provides her clients with a strategic advantage as she represents them in relocations, expansions, renewals, and dispositions. We are thrilled to have her on board.” —MPV Properties Managing Partner, Bailey W. Patrick, SIOR.
