Sunbelt Rentals: Fort Mill, SC

MPV Properties, LLC is developing a build-to-suit for Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Fort Mill, SC. The new facility will be a new AWP & General Tool Store for Sunbelt. Store opening is scheduled for April 1, 2018.

MPV Properties, LLC is developing a build-to-suit for Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. in Ocoee, FL. The 30-acre site will house a relocated General Tool Store from Winter Garden, a relocated Aerial Work Platform and Scaffolding Stone from Orlando. It is scheduled to open on May 1, 2018.
