Providence Park Dial Corporation has signed a 5-year lease for 3,877 SF of space at 10706 Sikes Place in the offices at Providence Park in Charlotte, NC. Dial is expected to take control of the space this February. Robby Kirby with MPV represented the landlord, and Conor Brennan of JLL represented the tenant in this transaction.

Also at Providence Park in 10700 Sikes Place, Direct Pay has expanded from 2,050 SF to 3,214 SF, signing a new 6-year lease. They are also expected to take control of the space in February. Robby Kirby with MPV represented the landlord, and Ian Bertolina with Bertolina Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

Industrial News

101 Freeland Lane Carolina Wood Flooring has signed a lease for 18,000 SF of warehouse space at 101 Freeland Lane along South Boulevard and Scaleybark Road in Charlotte’s South End district. The company, local to Charlotte since 2008, is expected to be operational in their new space this February. This will be an expansion for Carolina Wood Flooring with their existing location at 309 Clanton Road. Billy Thomas with MPV represented the landlord and Patrick Pierce with Selwyn Property Group represented the tenant in this transaction.

4937 Chastain Avenue Simply Fresh To You has leased 7,200 SF of kitchen prep space at 4937 Chastain Avenue, located near the intersection of Old Pineville Road and E Woodlawn Road in Charlotte, NC. Simply Fresh To You is a weekly meal delivery service local to Charlotte. This is an expansion for the company, who will use the space for food production. They are expected to be operation in February of this year. Billy Thomas of MPV represented the landlord, Smith & Stevenson Properties, and Jay Mitchener with Thrift Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.

Saddle Creek Corporation has taken 150,000 SF of warehouse space at 220 Commerce Road in Greenville, SC. This was a lease renewal for Saddle Creek, a third-party logistics solutions company offering warehousing, omnichannel fulfillment, transportation, and packaging services. Billy Thomas of MPV represented the tenant. Colliers represented the landlord.

1501 Industrial Center Circle ECLM Properties, a landscaping company based out of Huntersville, has purchased a 5,000 SF warehouse building on 1-acre of land at 1501 Industrial Center Circle in Charlotte, NC. Billy Thomas of MPV represented the seller, B&B Holding Co. Christian Samartino of Piedmont Properties represented the buyer.
