Office News
Novant Health Northlake Neurology, Novant Health Spine Specialists, and Novant Health Pediatrics Lake Norman, have occupied 15,000 SF in the first floor of the CEENTA building at Hamptons Professional Center in Huntersville, NC. The tenant is expected to open this March. Mark Newell with MPV represented the landlord, and Mike Wiles with NAI Southern Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.
Investment Sales
MPV Properties recently sold a 25,000 SF medical facility located in Denver, NC. The property, located at 269 Gillman Road near the intersection of Highway 16 and Highway 73, is leased to Novant Medical Group. The property sold for $8,700,000. Mark Newell and George Macon with MPV Properties were responsible for the leasing and development of the property. Mark Newell with MPV Properties represented the seller in the building sale.
Industrial News
Precision Walls, a family owned and operated commercial construction company headquartered in Cary, NC, has leased 25,000 SF of industrial space at 2198 Wilkinson Boulevard in Charlotte, NC. This will be relocation for Precision Walls. Billy Thomas and Rebecca Herron of MPV represented the tenant. Andy Burch with Ford Realty Company represented the landlord.
Saddle Creek Corporation, a third-party logistics solutions company offering warehousing, omnichannel fulfillment, transportation, and packaging services, has signed a lease for 301,000 SF in a newly constructed distribution facility in Troutman, NC. The company, based out of Lakeland, FL, is expanding in the region after outgrowing its 750,000 SF campus in Harrisburg, NC. Work on the upfit of the building, located at 279 Old Murdock Road, is currently underway and will be completed by May 1st. Billy Thomas with MPV Properties represented the tenant.
