Charlotte, NC (May, 2018) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce the progression of construction on Reafield, a new retail and office center located near the signalized intersection of Rea Road and Tom Short Road in Union County. Reafield will consist of four newly constructed buildings totaling 34,100 SF. Signed tenants at the center include Novant Health, RockBox Fitness, Ultra Nail Bar, Reafield Dental, and Andy’s Frozen Custard. Construction of the buildings is expected to be complete by year end, with tenants opening in early 2019.
Reafield will serve residents of South Charlotte, Marvin, and Waxhaw. Robbie (Branstrom) Adams of MPV Properties is responsible for leasing. George Macon, also of MPV, is leading the development, Robert Johnson Architects is the architect, and Shelco is the general contractor.
