- Middle C Jazz Room – Local creation Middle C Jazz Room will bring choice jazz musicians from the world over right here to Uptown Charlotte, with the goal of making Middle C the finest jazz room in the Southeast. The new 4,817 SF jazz club will feature regional and national acts such as Maria Howell, Ziad, Bob James, Noel Freidline, Spyro Gyra, Taj Mahal, Kenny G, Chris Botti, Arturo Sandoval, Earl Klugh, and Pat Metheny, just to name a few. Father son duo Larry Farber, Senior Partner of East Coast Entertainment and Music with Friends, and his son Adam Farber, are behind the new venture.
- Public House – Local restaurateur Chris Healy is partnering with local sportscaster for 29 years, Delano Little, to bring his popular restaurant concept, Public House, to 300 South Brevard. The restaurant will occupy 6,447 SF and feature Healy’s most popular menu items, and a focus on signature craft cocktails.
Middle C Jazz Room and Public House will have a food and beverage program that serves and benefits both entities. Both establishments will front Brevard Street.
