Charlotte, NC (March, 2019) – MPV Properties (MPV) along with De Novo Aesthetics™ and Passport Health® are excited to announce a new joint location at 1520 South Boulevard, Suite 220. This expanded office space will allow more convenient access to aesthetic treatments like Botox® and microneedling as well as travel health immunizations and immigration physicals.
This represents the fourth location for each business. De Novo Aesthetics operates locations at Salon Lofts Charlotte on Pineville-Matthews Road, and Salon Lofts Davidson on Jetton Road, and at M.D. Laser Studio in Mooresville. Passport Health features locations in Pineville, Northlake, and Mooresville. Both businesses are owned and operated by Alissandro “Andy” Castillo, MD, MBA, and Rebecca Appleton Castillo, MD, MS.
“Our new location will be especially convenient for patients in and around Uptown Charlotte,” said Medical Director, Dr. Andy Castillo. “We were thrilled to find a beautiful building on South Boulevard with ample available parking right out front.”
Remodeling on the 1,029 SF space is underway now and projected to be complete by the end of spring. Rebecca Herron with MPV represented the tenants. Kristy Venning with Beacon Partners represented the landlord.
