Charlotte, NC (June, 2019) – MPV Properties (MPV) and Acts Retirement-Life Communities (Acts) are pleased to announce the company’s expanded office at 4601 Charlotte Park Drive in Charlotte Park, located off Billy Graham Parkway and I-77. This was a relocation for Acts, who signed a 5-year lease for 6,403 SF on the 2nd floor for their new Charlotte regional office. The upfit of their space is nearing completion, and the tenant is expected to begin operating from their new office by summer end.
