Just Salad, an NYC-based fast casual restaurant concept opened its first North Carolina location in Raleigh today, July 26. The grand opening brought droves of people eager to give it a try.
Just Salad has 38 locations in New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago, Florida, and Dubai. The brand is expanding into markets by partnering with proven domestic operators. This location, and others to come, is operated by Cattell Street Brands, which will open at least five in NC by the end of 2020.

The next location on the horizon is Charlotte, where the salad concept will be open to guests and visitors of the hospital in the ground floor of the newly developed portion of Levine Cancer Institute off Morehead Medical Drive. Kivett Williams and Stephen Pharr with MPV are representing the tenant in their expansion of the NC market.
