Mint Hill, NC (January, 2020) – Nance Companies & MPV Properties (MPV) are pleased to announce the beginning of construction on the third office/warehouse building at Clear Creek Business Park at 11211 Allen Station Drive in Mint Hill, NC. The firms purchased the property at the end of 2019 and are co-developing a speculative 24,000 SF building after the initial building was fully leased before completion. They hope to continue attracting businesses looking for a spacious setting and quick access to the greater Charlotte MSA via I-485, Highway 74, and Highway 24/27. Construction is scheduled to be finished by August of 2020.
Tenants that have signed leases at Clear Creek include E.R. Plumbing Service, DesignBuild Mechanical, GoPuff Inc. and CRS Building Automated Systems. Two of the businesses have already moved into their suites, and the remaining expect to be open and operating by March 1.
