Charlotte, NC (November 2022) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Coco Leto are pleased to announce the lease of 1,571 SF, in the Colony Shops. The property is located at Selwyn Ave and Colony Rd, adjacent to tenants such as: Woo Skincare, Blo Blow Dry Bar, Chosen, Paper Twist, and Statement Home. This will be Coco Leto’s first location and it is expected to open in January 2023.
Coco Leto is a Petit Clothier. This boutique will carry children’s apparel, footwear, accessories, and gifts with a size range from newborn to mid-teens. In the store you will see many familiar European brands that our community has grown to love with the addition of new brands to compliment a desired high/low full look. In addition, they will carry a complete layette selection for newborns, have an increased focus on apparel for boys of all ages, stock an assortment of collar shirts for all children, carry a variety of resort and swim and will curate fashionable sport and casual wear for the tweens who seek style and comfort.
Coco Leto will also have personal styling services, gifting services and gift wrap, a baby registry, private shopping experiences and a curated trunk club membership. All shopping and services will be available via a full omnichannel offering with an in-person, website and social commerce offering.
The owner, Jess Sidhom, is neighborhood and community focused and will have events throughout the year starting this spring/summer of 2023. Trunk shows, special visitors such as princesses or live musicians, fashion shows and shopping events benefiting local philanthropic organizations to name a few.
