The Venue on South Main has gone vertical and construction is well underway in downtown Cornelius. The building will feature ±5,775 SF of retail space with multi-family residential above.
Ground level retail with patio remains and is being leased by Joey Morganthall and Robbie Adams. The projected delivery of the space is spring of 2024.
