Fort Mill, SC (February 2024) – Vulcan Property Group is pleased to announce the four new tenants coming to the first building that is fully leased at The Overlook at Gold Hill. MPV Properties (MPV) is assisting the Landlord in leasing the project. The property, developed by Fort Mill based Vulcan Property Group, is located at 1024, 1034 and 1056 Gold Hill Road, in Fort Mill, SC. The first building is expected to be open in early spring 2024. The second building is now leasing and is expected to deliver in Quarter 3 of this year.

The new tenants include New York Butcher Shoppe and Wine Bar, Donatos Pizza, YogaSix and Sanders Dental Studio. These tenants will be joining The Goddard School at the project, which is relocating to a new, larger building in the development to accommodate the growth of this top-rated early childhood education center.

There are spaces from 1,289 to 14,992 SF remaining available for lease in the second building.
