Charlotte/Harrisburg (November 2024) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) announces two new leases at Small Shops II, the latest building at Farmington, a master planned development in Charlotte/Harrisburg off exit 36 from I-485 at Rocky River Road. Both Atrium Health and Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) have signed on to take space in the 12,586 SF commercial building located at 3310 Dutch Creek Drive (Outparcel F). Atrium Health will take 8,092 SF (Suite 101) with plans for a primary care practice. CVP will take the remaining 4,494 SF (Suite 100), with plans to open a veterinary clinic. This milestone coincides with construction, which is now underway with Choate Construction as the general contractor. The building is expected to be delivered to tenants for upfit in 3rd quarter of 2025.
Small Shops II is the latest piece that is part of a rapidly growing destination, featuring popular tenants like Chick-fil-A, HT Fuel, Dunkin’, Ivy Rehab, Heartland Dental and more. Farmington also boasts beautiful townhomes, single-family homes and luxury apartments developed by Taylor Morrison, TriPointe Homes, and Woodfield Development, respectively.
“The addition of Atrium Health and Community Vet Partners reflects MPV’s commitment to offering convenient and diverse services for area residents, further enhancing Farmington’s role as a community-focused destination,” adds Morgan Lucas, Development Associate with MPV.
Marshall Williamson with Lincoln represented Atrium Health, Michele Buckley with Buckley Commercial represented Community Veterinary Partners, and Robbie Adams of MPV represented the Landlord in these transactions. Leasing is actively underway for Farmington Ridge Shops, a nearby 3-building, 27,000 SF commercial project at the intersection of Singing Brook Drive and Farmington Ridge Parkway.
