Charlotte, NC (March 2025) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Berewick Town Center are pleased to announce two new tenants coming to the development: The Little Gym and Club Pilates. The property is located just south of the Charlotte Premium Outlets near the intersection of Berewick Town Center and Hwy 160. MPV expects to break ground in May of 2025 and the first building will be delivered to the tenants in Q1 2026. One endcap suite remains in the first building, and MPV has begun pre-leasing the second 7,130 SF building.
The Little Gym gymnastics programs help children learn and grow through movement and imaginative play. This will be the fourth location for The Little Gym in the greater Charlotte area. The 4,000 SF space is expected to be open by Summer 2026.
Club Pilates studios feature a variety of apparatuses, including TRX, Exo-Chair, Bosu ball, mats, rollers, and more. There is a class for every age and fitness level. This will be the 14th location for Club Pilates to open in the greater Charlotte area. The 1,950 SF space is expected to open for classes by Summer 2026.
