Charlotte, NC (May 2025) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Kudzu Bakery are pleased to announce they are taking 6,146 SF at Park Square shopping center, in the former Tuesday Morning space. The property is located in Dilworth along Park Road at 2442 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28203. Kudzu Bakery is upfitting their space now and is expected to open this summer. This will mark the fourth store for the company, and the first in Charlotte.
