Fort Mill, SC (April 2022) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce two new tenants coming to Gold Hill Crossing. The shopping center is located at Gold Hill Rd and Pleasant Rd in Fort Mill, SC. The tenants include two first time operators: 94 Barber Lounge and Greenway Animal Hospital.

Greenway Animal Hospital will be bringing quality veterinary services to the Fort Mill area in their 3,200 SF space. Their new facility, located in 887 Gold Hill Rd (Suites D & E) will be open to new pet patients early this fall.

94 Barber Lounge will be occupying 1,300 SF space at 855 Gold Hill Rd, Suite #110, between Lapels Dry Cleaning and The Roasting Oven. The specialty barber shop is expected to open its new location by July 1st.  Joey Morganthall and Robbie Adams of MPV Properties represented the ownership group, and Leila Schellenberg of ReMax Executive represented the tenant in this transaction.
