Pineville, NC (July 2022) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Collett Capital are pleased to announce the newest tenants at the Terraces Medical Plaza located in Pineville, NC.
Newport Academy provides evidence-based healing centers for adolescents, young adults and families struggling with mental health issues. They will occupy 12,078 SF adjacent to CoreLife Novant Health and OrthoCarolina. Newport Academy was represented by Rachel Jaklik and John Vickers with KW Commercial.
Additionally, Rico’s Açaí will be moving into Space H, a 1,888 SF space adjacent to OrthoCarolina. Rico’s currently has 3 other Charlotte locations: two brick and mortar spaces located in Plaza Midwood and Ballantyne, and one food truck location in Belmont. Rico’s was represented by Rachel Jaklik and Dorsey Allison of KW Commercial.
“We are incredibly excited to bring this Charlotte restaurant to another corner of our city” said Robbie Adams of MPV Properties.
The ownership group, Collett Capital, purchased the property in 2018 shortly after Bi-Lo vacated 44,000 SF. Upon acquisition, the former grocery store was subdivided for OrthoCarolina’s 20,000 SF lease. There are currently two available spaces in the center: a 6,240 SF speculative medical office suite and a 3,898 SF space appropriate for either medical office or retail use.
