Indian Land, SC (January 2024) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce that three new tenants are joining RedStone, a retail and entertainment destination in Indian Land, SC. Aroma Indian Grill & Bar has opened at 9648 Red Stone Drive in the former Red Rocks space. They are the largest Indian restaurant in the greater Charlotte area, boasting a full bar with a comprehensive selection of spirits, wines, and signature cocktails, open daily for lunch and dinner.
Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream will locate at 9716 Red Stone Drive, occupying the former Menchie’s space. They are scheduled to open in Q2, 2023. PetMedic, an urgent care animal clinic, will occupy 2,686 SF inside Outparcel E, a 9,600 SF building under construction. Outparcel E will be completed by Q2 of 2024.
Design plans for Phase II of RedStone are in the works with delivery expected by Q3 of 2026. Phase II will include 345 multi-family units, 18 townhomes and 22,714 SF of new retail space across three new buildings.

All three buildings slated for retail use are adjacent to an event lawn that will provide space for live music, farmer’s markets, fitness and holiday events.
