Charlotte, NC (April, 2019) – MPV Properties (MPV) and Power Home Remodeling (Power), the nation’s largest full-service exterior home remodeling company, are pleased to announce the opening of the company’s newest location in Charlotte, NC. This is Power’s 15th location nationwide. The new office is located within Forest Park office park off West Arrowood Road at 701 Forest Point Circle, Suite A.

Mike Morello has been named vice president of marketing; Geoffrey Morton has been named vice president of installations; and Tyrone Thorne named vice president of sales. Each will be responsible for establishing and growing Power’s operations in Charlotte, North Carolina, while supporting the company’s continued growth and expansion across the country. As Power grows in Charlotte they will continue to hire, potentially bringing 100 new jobs to the city.
The 17,129 SF space is equipped with a state of the art training room and an employee break room that includes an arcade-style basketball game, ping pong table and flat screen TV. A reclaimed wood feature wall and slate stone reception desk welcomes visitors to the bright and open office space. Additional finishes of the space include granite counters, custom PLAM doors, luxury vinyl flooring, and elevated ceiling heights. Power also took a nearby 6,400 SF warehouse which it will use for materials storage and distribution.

Choate Interior Construction was pleased to work with MPV, Foundry, Smith Harris and Power to successfully design, construct and open their new Charlotte headquarters.
