Fort Mill, SC (January 2022) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce that Huntington Learning Center is taking Suite 105, a 2,387 SF space, at The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge in Fort Mill, SC. The property is located on the southeast signalized intersection of Fort Mill Southern Bypass and N Doby’s Bridge Rd/Hwy 660/Holbrook Rd. The space is in the beginning stages of construction and expected to be completed by June 2022. This will be the 5th center to open in the greater Charlotte area, this being the second in South Carolina. They join other tenants at the center including Creative Kids, Doby’s Bridge Pediatric Dentistry, Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery, Fort Mill Dental, Blue Bar & Smokehouse, Public Storage, and soon, Atrium Health. All Huntington Learning Centers are independently owned and operated.
