Pineville, NC (September 2023) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce that MPV’s development, Shoppes at McCullough, is fully leased in Pineville, NC. With the most recent signing of Action Behavior Centers (ABC), a specialized children’s autism therapy center, who is taking 6,590 SF in building two (10223 McIntyre Ridge Road), the lease-up of the two buildings is complete. ABC joins an Asian fusion restaurant in their building, as well as tenants BIGGBY® Coffee, Trident Smile Studio, a pharmacy, and a nail salon in building one (10215 McIntyre Ridge Road). BIGGBY Coffee has been open since February of this year, and Trident Smile Studio just opened at the end of July. The next tenants to open will be the pharmacy, followed by the Asian fusion restaurant and nail salon, who are working on their upfits now. Patrons can expect the remaining businesses to be open by 1st quarter of 2024.
Shoppes at McCullough is situated prominently along Highway 51 at the front of the recently built-out McCullough neighborhood, a 734-home community situated along the NC/SC state line. Directly across the street is the approved future Miller Farm, a 340 single family and townhome community. The Shoppes at McCullough was developed by MPV’s Steve Vermillion and Bailey W. Patrick Jr., the general contractor was Omega Construction, Timmons Group served as the engineer, and Robert Johnson Architects was the architect. Robbie Adams and Joey Morganthall of MPV represented the landlord on the lease-up.
